Carrot Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add eggs, milk carrots, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well; pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard is set. Serve warm or cold.
