Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt and pepper
    1 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper and oleo; mix.
    Add cracker crumbs, milk, egg and 1/2 the cheese.
    Mix.
    Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
