Low Calorie Mock Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. tuna, well drained
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar replacement
    1 Tbsp. green pepper flakes
    1/2 c. tomato puree
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
