J. R.'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano or to taste
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pepperoni and ground beef slowly and drain.
    Add garlic, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles.
