Baked Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Slice Monterey Jack cheese and place on bottom of baking dish.
