Texas Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 stick margarine
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix flour and sugar well.
Add next four ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add to dry mixture, then add eggs and stir well.
Mix together buttermilk, soda and vanilla and pour into batter.
Pour in large greased oblong pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
