Creamy Swiss And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Boil ham in water for 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli; cook until tender.
    Gradually add milk to flour; stir well to blend. Gradually add milk mixture to ham mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture slightly thickens.
    Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese and seasonings.
    Cook until cheese melts slightly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
