Melon Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cantaloupe melon, diced
1 medium red onion, diced small
4 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 c. honeydew melon, diced
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate. The salsa is excellent with any grilled seafood, pork or chicken.
