Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Uncle Ben's long grain rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts
4 chicken legs
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch (or larger) pan.
Mix rice and soup mixture.
Spread evenly in pan.
Lay chicken breasts and legs on top of rice.
Mix soups and 1 can water.
Pour over top.
Add second cup of water as needed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
