Mock Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Muenster cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions and tops
    6 (7-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and onions.
    Divide evenly between tortillas, placing mixture in the center of each.
    Fold bottom over the cheese, then the sides, then the top down.
    Wrap each one individually in foil.
    Grill or bake until cheese is melted and hot.
