Oven Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ribs or backbone
    1 to 2 lemons, sliced
    1 to 2 onions, sliced
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place ribs in a shallow pan, meaty side up.
    Cover with lemons and onions.
    Roast for 30 minutes.
    While meat is cooking, combine rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over meat.
    Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until tender, basting every 15 minutes.
