Spanish Hamburg Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. precooked rice
    1 (1 lb. 20 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 chili powder
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, crumble beef.
    Microwave on High 6 to 9 minutes; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on High 12 to 15 minutes.
    Stir well.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
