Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (49 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 recipe All-Bran Noodles (recipe follows)
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    `In 4-quart saucepan, combine broth, water, carrots, celery, onion and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add All-Bran Noodles and return mixture to a boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in chicken and continue to cook 1 minute longer.
    Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
    Serve hot; makes 6 servings (1 1/2 cups each).
