Oven-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick spray coating
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflowerets
    1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Spray a cold baking sheet with nonstick spray; set aside.
    In a pie plate, stir together bread crumbs, cheese and paprika until well mixed.
    In a medium bowl, place vegetables.
    Drizzle with salad dressing.
    Toss until coated.
    Roll vegetables in crumb mixture until coated.
    Place coated vegetables in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown.
