Apple Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. broken walnut meats
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    watercress or lettuce for garnishing
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add marshmallows; stir until partially dissolved.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Fold in applesauce, walnuts and the mayo.
    Spoon into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with watercress or lettuce.
    Makes six servings.
