Quick Baked Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    3/4 c. red spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. brown gravy (homemade beef or brown gravy in pkg.)
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. whole oregano
    3/4 lb. short small pasta
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
    Heat a large frying pan.
    Add oil, beef and garlic.
    Saute until meat is tender; drain off fat. Ad spaghetti sauce, gravy, half and half, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer mixture while pasta cooks tender.
    Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
    Pour all into 3-quart (9 x 13-inch) dish and top with Mozzarella.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350\u00b0; bake until all is bubbly hot.
