Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. (for later use)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    In a bowl combine egg, 1/4 cup cornstarch, flour, 1/4 cup chicken broth and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    Beat until smooth.
