New York Style Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese together until creamy. Add sugar and eggs.
    On low heat, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add margarine and sour cream.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into a greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm at 325\u00b0.
    Turn off heat. Let stand in oven for 2 hours.
    Remove and cool completely. Refrigerate for several hours.
