Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put potatoes, egg, sugar and both shortenings and vanilla in bowl.
    Mix together.
    Add flour and turn out on floured board. Mix well.
    Roll and cut out.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until done.
