Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
3 1/2 c. hot water
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. celery
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until partially set.
Add shredded corned beef, finely chopped onion and celery, grated eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, sprayed lightly with Pam.
When set, cut in squares.
Serve on lettuce.
