Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
    1/2 bunch spinach, chopped
    6 fresh basil leaves, chopped or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute garlic for 2 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer until pasta is just tender about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, spinach and basil.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
