Skinny Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    drippings from roast or turkey
    1 c. water
    1 cube instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove roast or turkey from pan and put pan with drippings into freezer for 10 minutes or until fat in drippings have solidified.
    Take pan from freezer and carefully remove fat. Throw away fat.
    Put pan with defatted drippings on stove.
    Add water and bouillon and cook over medium heat until bouillon dissolves. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened and blended. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
