Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. butter Crisco
    pinch of salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Beat egg in cup and then add enough water with egg to make 1 cup.
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Add egg and water and mix together.
    Makes enough pie dough for about four pies.\tEasy to roll.
