Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can early peas (LeSueur)
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring to a boil 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon water, 3/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup Wesson oil and 1 cup sugar.
    Pour cooled mixture over vegetables and refrigerate 4 hours.
