Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    frozen Tater Tots (potato nuggets)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ground beef to taste; add onion and green pepper.
    Press mixture into 10 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Cover with soup; spread cheese over top.
    Place potatoes to cover cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
