Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Saute vegetables in butter until crisp, but not soft.
    Drain well and add seasonings. Place tomato slices in bottom of pie shell.
    Add vegetables. Spread mayonnaise-cheese mixture over vegetables.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
