Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well and pat into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix and pour over cake mixture the next 4 ingredients.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
