Christine'S Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese for topping
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine all ingredients.
    Place in large, greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Spread 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers and butter evenly over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
