Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 med. potatoes
    1 med. onion
    1 stick butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 large box of Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute' onion in butter. Put this in large pot. Put chopped up potatoes, mushroom soup and salt and pepper into pot.
    Cook until potatoes are soft. Mash potatoes. Add Velveeta cheese and cook on simmer. Serve with cornbread.
