Ingredients

1/3 c. Minute Maid lemon juice from concentrate
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
Beat eggs and egg yolks slightly and stir into lemon mixture.
Cook-stir over low heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat.
Chill.
