Chicken In Wine With Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. brandy
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts well. Combine remaining ingredients, except sour cream, and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from skillet and stir in sour cream and blend until gravy is smooth.
Return chicken to skillet and keep warm until ready to serve.
