Molded Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. ground raw cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 fresh apple, diced
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat water to boiling in microwave and add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in cold water, cranberries and sugar. Chill until mixture is partially set.
    Stir remaining ingredients into gelatin mix.
    Pour mixture into a ring or mold.
    Chill until salad is very firm.
    Unmold on a lettuce bed and serve.
    Makes an excellent Christmas or Thanksgiving dessert.
