Oven Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. flour
2 lb. beef stew meat
4 carrots
2 large onions
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 c. dry red wine
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Blend soy sauce with flour in a baking dish which has a capacity of 2 1/2 to 3 quarts.
Cut the meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes, add to soy sauce mixture and potatoes to coat the meat cubes.
