Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    small marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook potatoes unpeeled for 30 minutes, then peel and mash, adding sugar, butter, pineapple, cinnamon, pecans and a pinch of salt.
    Coat casserole with butter.
    Fill with potato mixture.
    Put small marshmallows on top.
    Cover; bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
