Annette'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In large pot, boil 6 cups water.
    Add potatoes and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain water and cool for 15 minutes.
    In large bowl, add remaining ingredients with potatoes and toss gently.
    Add additional mayonnaise, if needed, and refrigerate.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
