Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) green chilies
    1 pkg. taco season
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    1 can hominy
    3 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    In a large pot, add all ingredients. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
