Shrimp Or Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. green onions
    1/2 lb. shell fish meat
    2 Tbsp. puree
    2 c. water
    1 c. white wine
    paprika, salt and pepper to taste
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Over low heat, cook onions in butter. Add shell fish and all other ingredients, except parsley and egg. Bring to boiling point. Sprinkle sieved egg and chopped parsley in bottom of soup bowls. Pour biscuit on top and serve piping hot.
