Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 low fat flour tortillas
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and thinly sliced
2 small green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, with or without jalapeno chilis
3/4 c. fresh cilantro
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Place 4 tortillas on large cookie sheet. Top each tortilla with 1/4 of the roasted red peppers, green onions, cheese and cilantro; top with remaining tortillas.
