Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir until blended.
Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
