Tapas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack with jalapeno
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 lb. Italian sausage or Owens sausage, fried
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients; spread in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Combine milk and eggs together.
    Mix flour gradually with the egg mixture until you have a smooth, thin batter.
    Pour over the cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
