Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
some broth from chicken
potato chips
Preparation

Cook fryer and bone.
Add onion, celery, mayonnaise, almonds, chicken soup and broth.
Mix well and place in 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
