Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
    3/4 c. water
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. half and half
    1 qt. chicken broth
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, water and mushrooms until tender.
    Melt margarine and flour in small saucepan, stirring, to make a roux; set aside.
