Sweet 'N Sour Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork or chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. water
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Coat skillet with Pam and cook meat until brown.
    Add water. (Cover and simmer pork only for 30 minutes.)
    Drain pineapple and set aside.
