Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. carrots, shredded
1 1/3 c. raisins
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins and celery.
Mix sour cream with remaining ingredients; blend into salad.
Chill.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
