Cold Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. fine egg noodles
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. sesame paste (tahini) or peanut butter
3 Tbsp. brewed tea or water
2 Tbsp. hot oil (chili oil)
3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
leftover chicken, cut into small pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit a couple of hours.
Once all the ingredients are stocked, they last a long time and it's a great way to use leftover chicken or make a \"special\" dinner for surprise guests.
