Vegetable Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream of broccoli soup
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
3/4 c. whole milk
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Stir soup and milk in saucepan.
Simmer, whisking cheese until melted.
Add chives and garlic.
Season to taste.
Serve over broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, potatoes or vegetable of your choice.
