Chile Colorado - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. lean stew meat
1 (19 oz.) can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Mix enchilada sauce and soup together.
Pour over meat and cook in crock-pot until meat is tender.
