Low Fat Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1 (25 to 27 oz.) reduced fat spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    1/2 c. substitute egg
    15 oz. fat-free Ricotta cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onion in a large nonstick pan.
    Drain off any fat.
    Cook lasagne noodles as directed on package.
    Add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
