Apple Cider Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. apples
    4 fluid oz. apple cider
    5 oz. flour (white or wheat, about a c.)
    7 oz. brown sugar (about a c.)
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel, core and slice apples into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Pour cider over apples.
    Mix together flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon to make a crumbly pastry.
    Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake 40 minutes.
