Quick Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    7 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add all other ingredients except vegetables.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add vegetables.
    Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes or more.
